• অশ্লীল, অনৈতিক, অস্পষ্ট বা অপমানজনক ছবি/মন্তব্য আপলোড করা যাবে না।
ব্যবহারকারীর ডিভাইস সুরক্ষা
• ডিভাইস সুরক্ষার দায়িত্ব ব্যবহারকারীর নিজের।
• ভাইরাস, ম্যালওয়্যার বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের কোনো কনটেন্টের কারণে ক্ষতির দায় পদ্মা ট্রিবিউন নেবে না।
• গুগল বা অন্য যে কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন/তৃতীয় পক্ষের কনটেন্ট আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে।
প্রতীক, কনটেন্ট, ছবি শেয়ার নিষিদ্ধ
বাণিজ্যিক বা অ-বাণিজ্যিক যেকোনো উদ্দেশ্যে পদ্মা ট্রিবিউনের প্রতীক, ছবি বা কনটেন্ট ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
যদি বিশেষ অনুমতি দেওয়া হয়, তবে স্পষ্টভাবে 'পদ্মা ট্রিবিউন'–এর নাম ও ক্রেডিট উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
অন্য ওয়েবসাইটে পুনর্নির্দেশ
পদ্মা ট্রিবিউন ব্যবহারকালে অন্য কোনো ওয়েবসাইটে রিডিরেক্ট হলে তার দায়ভার প্রতিষ্ঠান নেবে না।

গোপনীয়তার নীতি
গোপনীয়তার নীতি এই শর্তাবলির অবিচ্ছেদ্য অংশ। ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ব্যবহারের সব নিয়ম সেখানে উল্লেখিত।
বিজ্ঞাপন

পদ্মা ট্রিবিউন কুকিজের মাধ্যমে কোনো ব্যবহারকারীর ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে না।

• কনটেন্টটি তাঁর নিজের মালিকানাধীন হতে হবে
• বা মালিকের অনুমতি থাকতে হবে
• অশ্লীল, আপত্তিকর, প্রতারণামূলক, অবৈধ বা অন্যের গোপনীয়তা লঙ্ঘনকারী কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করা যাবে না
পদ্মা ট্রিবিউন এসব কনটেন্টের যথার্থতার দায় নেবে না।
দেশের বাইরে থেকে প্রবেশ
বিদেশ থেকে ব্যবহার করা হলে শর্তাবলি, গোপনীয়তার নীতি অনুযায়ী তথ্য প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হবে।
দায়-অস্বীকার
• সব তথ্য, ছবি, ভিডিও সর্বদা নির্ভুল—এমন নিশ্চয়তা পদ্মা ট্রিবিউন দেয় না।
• কনটেন্ট কেবল তথ্যের উদ্দেশ্যে; কোনো পরামর্শ নয়।
• সব সেবা কোনো গ্যারান্টি ছাড়া প্রদান করা হয়।
পোস্ট ও কনটেন্ট দেখা
যে কোনো কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করা বা অন্যের পোস্ট দেখা—এর সঠিকতা যাচাইয়ের দায়িত্ব ব্যবহারকারীর নিজের।
তৃতীয় পক্ষের কনটেন্টের ওপর প্রতিষ্ঠান নিয়ন্ত্রণ রাখে না।
প্রবেশে ব্যাঘাত বা ক্ষতি

আইনগত বিধান
এই নীতিমালা বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী তৈরি।
যেকোনো বিরোধ বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি আইন, ২০০১ অনুসারে ঢাকা–ভিত্তিক তিন সদস্যের বিচারসভায় নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন
ব্যবহারকারী বিপণন–সংক্রান্ত ই-মেইল পেতে না চাইলে প্রতিটি ই-মেইলের নিচের নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করে সদস্যতা বাতিল করতে পারবেন।
